Cool: Palin Hangs Out At My Old Bar

That is amusing, at least to me...

I was at Palin's speech in Greenville tonight, and thought she did a great job. I was there to "watch the watchers" more than the Governor's speech, however, and positioned myself in the media section (yes, I had a press pass) so I could view about 20 media members and what they had on their laptops during the course of the debate.

As for Boli's, I was the bar manager there just after college until I could get a "real world" job. Palin and several influential N.C. Republicans dined there. And while it has been a decade and I hear they are under new management, I hope they've had all their shots.

Or that Boli's has finally taken care of the roach problem.
