Blogger Aid Continues

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.

Matthew 25:35-36

Folks, we bloggers are going to continue to ask you to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina throughout the weekend. A geographical area the size of Great Britain has been all but obliterated, and hundreds of thousands if not millions of people are:

  • without homes
  • without jobs
  • without clothes
  • without food
  • almost, almost without hope

Please help give them that hope by donating to one of the many fine charities listed here. My personal recommendation is here. Please log all donations here so that we know we're making a difference.

Thank you.

Update: Bumped to top.

Even as I am shocked at the way things have happened in New Orleans, I am very pleased that the American Heart is STILL wide open with compassion as aid and relief and supplies pour in to New Orleans...

What the people of Louisiana and Mississippi need now is MONEY... Lot's and lot's of money... Lives have been disrupted forever...

Open your hearts and purse strings America, give what you can...
