ACORN Cracked... Again

This sounds familiar:

Republican National Committee officials say they aren't surprised to hear a Durham County elections official suspects voter registration forms gathered by a community activist group may be fraudulent.

The RNC's chief counsel, Sean Cairncross, on Friday said the group, Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, has a history of gathering fraudulent or incomplete voter registration forms. Cairncross disputes ACORN's claim that it is a nonpartisan organization.

Refresh my memory: don't these thugs have ties to a certain community organizer?

They are basically a criminal enterprise.

I believe that acorns are what they feed to pigs.

Obama probably knows it was the best $800K he spent this election cycle. Really a dog bites man story: corrupt (Chicago) Democrat caught purchasing voter fraud. Ho hum. Probably gives Chris Mathews another thrill up his leg.

My son registered at a desk on the street... attempted to register Republican. Surprise, surprise, they apparently lost his form.

The Detroit Free Press just had a story early this week on county clerks in Michigan complaining ACORN's registrations rife with fraudulent cards.

Perhaps some unregistered Republicans should show up to register in some of these battleground states with an undercover camera to record the event. If the ACORN people are slamming or making up false filings, one could assume that their forms are headed for the dumpster.

The Milwaukee County district attorney has arrested 37 ACORN'ers for voter registration fraud. They were getting tired of getting forms submitted by them with non existent addresses, signatures and handwriting identical from name to name, etc. They don't even bother to disguise their intent.

Bear in mind Wisconsin went Democrat in the last 2 elections by 11 or 12 thousand votes. If WI had gone red in 2000, FLA would have been a moot point.

I can explain in two words, Sunflower:

Community. Organizers.

You know, like Jesus was.

Why haven't the Republicans gone after ACORN? ACORN is committing felonies (i.e., fraud) on a widespread and coordinated basis. This is racketeering and there is a statute, RICO, that gives private parties standing to sue and recover triple damages. Where are the Republican lawyers?

"Where are the Republican lawyers?"

Crafting the language of government bailouts...

Trish: wild pigs have to root around and dig up acorns before eating them. There seems to be a lot of rooting around going on.
