Did Obama "Rehabilitate" Another Terrorist Associate The Day After The Election?

A tipster shot me a link to The Obama Report last night claiming that Obama advisor Robert Malley, unceremoniously thrown under the bus in May for his close ties to terrorist group Hamas, was back working for President-Elect Obama less than 24 hours after last week's election.

Like AllahPundit, I wish that American media were covering this, but both Arutz Sheva and Israel Today are fairly credible news outlets, and they feel comfortable citing the Middle East Newsline report that Obama dispatched Malley to Syria and Egypt, so that is certainly something to ponder. It will be very interesting to see if the U.S. media follows up on this, and if the Obama's transition team is pushed to confirm or deny the report.

If this story turns out to be accurate, then critics will have every reason to wonder about who else Obama might unilaterally decide to rehabilitate that he's previously distanced himself from.
