The Compassion of the Progressive Left

That saddest thing about reader reaction to Raw Story's article about Bob Novak's retirement due to a "dire" brain tumor diagnosis?

These are their moderated comments.

That's some serious class being shown there. Not sure what else to say other than i hope Novak recovers.

I blame Rush Limbaugh.

It doesn't surprise me at all, given a sampling of their positions they've flatly stated.

I can think of a few of the Liberal comments on this very blog.

They've flatly stated their positions. They can't be talked out of it, and I wouldn't believe them even if they claimed to have changed.

What's ironic is that Novak is against the war in Iraq and doesn't take too kindly to president Bush. But then again the left is inherently fascist and authoritarian, you must think exactly like them on every issue or you are the enemy.

Just ask Joe Lieberman. Posted by: C-C-G at August 4, 2008 10:28 PM

Limbaugh? Rush Limbaugh has never said anything remotely like these verminous pukes. This is perpetually the gambit of the Leftwing when it is exposed for the malignancy that it is. Slander someone else with your own villainy. Vercingetorix? Victor of how many battles? Any? Bueller?

There is nothing more closed minded and intolerant than an "open minded, tolerant liberal."

(hmm...another Mark :) )

I can just feel the love and compassion the left has for their fellow humans. However, since they've determined Mr. Novak isn't human I wonder if PETA or the ASPCA might take offense on his behalf?
