NOLA Looters Killed in Return Fire
Those looters (five or six of which were killed) were shot by NOLA police officers becuase the thugs were firing upon Army Corps of Engineers contractors brought in to try to fix the levees.

And may the same fate await any others that are stupid enough to believe they can open fire on relief and aid workers..
The lawlessness of NOLA has been legendary for years among locals and Louisiana natives, of which I am one... But ya can't let a thing like that get out... It *might* be bad for tourism, and the tax rolls would suffer and NOLA politicians might actually have to WORK for a living and survive on their salaries...
God Forbid...
